Overview
We are currently seeking 3 METAL WORKING MACHINE OPERATORS to workday shifts. BONIMETAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is a Montreal-based company that manufactures and delivers the following: ornamental iron, steel structures, components for truck boxes, trailers, industrial garage doors, plate work, sheetmetal and many more. We offer an infinite number of combinations for the most specific industry needs.
We have an inventory of over 1,000 tons of hot rolled, galvanized, satin finished, anti-slip, aluminum and stainless steel sheets.
Our 20,000 square foot plant is equipped with automated production and a specialized workforce to ensure excellent value while meeting the required quality standards.

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Overhead crane, Brakes, Shears, Punch presses, Computer numerical control (CNC) machines
Metal Forming or Shaping Operations Experience: Cutting machine, Bending, Forming
Responsibilities
• Analyze the work to be performed based on worksheets and plans
• Lay out, set up and operate light or heavy metalworking machines such as shears, power presses, plate rolls, drills, brakes, punch presses
• Operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) equipment to cut, bend, roll, punch, and drill metals
• Install the necessary tools (punch and die)
• Perform programming on the digital control
• Control the quality and quantity of the items according to plan
• Clean and lubricate equipment and replace defective parts as required
• Perform assigned tasks
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs), Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Salary: $20.00 per hour and overtime as required by Quebec’s Act respecting labour standards.
Weekly Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
