Job Details
Salary: $34.62 hourly / 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Term or Contract, Full-Time
Schedule: Evening shifts
Start Date: As soon as possible

Overview
Languages: English or French
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 month to less than 7 months

Responsibilities
Modify food preparation methods and adjust menu pricing based on budget requirements
Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations
Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
Supervise staff and provide leadership and direction
Conduct employee performance evaluations
Organize and maintain inventory and supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering services or facility use
Train and guide team members
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally
Deliver high-quality customer service
Plan and manage events
