Job Summary
Michelle Paletta is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Family Caregiver to provide personal care and companionship for an elderly individual in a safe and respectful home environment. The successful candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the client’s quality of life through attentive care and daily living assistance.

Employment Details
Position: Family Caregiver
Employment Type: Full-time, Term/Contract
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Day, Evening, and Morning shifts
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
2 to less than 3 years of relevant caregiving experience.
Ability to communicate in English or French.
Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Must be able to work on-site in the employer’s home.
Work Environment
Non-smoking workplace.
Work performed in the employer’s/client’s home.
Optional live-in accommodation is available at no charge; however, accepting live-in accommodation is not a condition of employment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist with regular exercise, including walking.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Launder and mend clothing and household linens.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
