Job Description

Paramount Exteriors Ltd., located at 258 Derby Place, Nanaimo, BC, V9R 6H3, is looking for a skilled and experienced permanent full-time, 40-hour-per-week Metal Roofer to help us with our construction projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

·      Install, repair, and maintain metal roofs, including sheets, panels, and shingles.

·      Measure and cut materials to fit specific areas.

·      Secure metal roofing materials to structures using screws, nails, or adhesives.

·      Inspect and test roofs to ensure they are watertight and meet quality standards.

·      Work from blueprints, drawings, or specifications to determine the roofing materials required.

·      Safely operate hand tools and power equipment.

·      Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.

·      Communicate with clients and team members effectively.

Requirements:

·      High School education required

·      1-2 years of relevant experience

Remuneration:
