We, Auto Boss Collision in New Westminster, BC is looking for Auto body Collision Technician.

Job Title: Auto body Collision Technician

Location: 131 12th Street suite 170 New Westminster, BC, V3M 4G9

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Working hours and Wage: 30~40 hours per week, $30 per hour

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Responsibilities:

-Estimate repair cost based on damage examination report

-Replace damaged body components, doors and frame and underbody components

-File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired

-Mask and tape auto body surfaces for painting and mix paint, blend and match colors

-Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers

-Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place

-Apply primers and repaint surfaces

-Repair or replace interior components

-Repair or replace damaged windows or windshields

-Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams

-Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment

Requirement:

– 2 years of relevant automotive experience OR 2 year of relevant automotive education

– Completion of secondary school

– Able to communicate in English
