Position: Butcher – Wholesales (NOC: 63201)
Positions Available: 1
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Weekend, Day, Over-time, Evening shift, if required.
Wage Rate: $25.00/hour. 40hrs per week, Overtime will be paid after 40 hours.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Meat cutting and deboning in preparation for sausage production and whole muscle further processing
Operator of equipment including a meat grinder, cutter, injector, tumbler, stuffer and smoke house operations
Spice blending
General operating procedures including receiving of products, inventory management, first in first out stock rotation and quality control
