Bean on 5th Cafe in North Vancouver is looking for Café Manager

 

Name: Bean on 5th Cafe

Position: Café Manager

Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: Location: 506 Chesterfield Ave North Vancouver, BC V7M 2L9

Wage and hours: $35 hourly, 30 hours per week

 

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations

Tran staff, monitor staff performance and set staff work schedules

Determine type of services to be offered

Organize and maintain inventory

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Manage events

 

Job Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant experience in food service sector including some supervisory experience
• Completion of high school
• Able to communicate in English
