Job Description
627520 BC LTD DBA Subway is looking for 2 Full-time Food Service Supervisors needed at 107 East 3 rd Street, North
Vancouver, BC, V7L 2G1. (Even though this position is full time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply
as well.) Salary is 20 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.
Main Duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
