Job Description:

Adco Pools Ltd. is seeking a hardworking and reliable Swimming Pool Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient progress of our pool construction projects. This role involves physical labor and requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

·        Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures

·        Measure, mark, and prepare guidelines for accurate installation

·        Install, repair, and service interior prefabricated products, including pool-related equipment

·        Install, repair, and service exterior prefabricated products, including Pool surrounds and enclosures

·        Safely use hand and power tools

·        Assist with general pool construction tasks, including site preparation and site cleanup

·        Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations

·        Work collaboratively with supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion

Working Conditions:

·       Work in wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments, outdoors, noisy.

·       Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.

·       Repetitive task.

·       Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
