Job Title: Vice President-Business Development

Salary: $120,000 per year, 35 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead our strategic initiatives and expand our reach within the community. This senior role is ideal for a proactive leader who is passionate about making a difference in the early childhood education sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase enrollment and expand our services.
2. Identify new investors and facilitate investment for new locations.
3. Forge and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to enhance our community engagement and partnerships.
4. Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to establish additional centers.
5. Select and guide middle managers, directors or other executive staff.
6. Oversee marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, public relations, and community outreach programs.
7. Collaborate with the management team to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
8. Analyze and improve operations and policies to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
9. Prepare regular reports for the CEO and board members on departmental progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role within business development or strategic management, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset.
Effective communicator, capable of engaging a variety of stakeholders and promoting our mission and services.
