Job Description
Reporting to the CEO and will lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
This role entails developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
This role also entails Assessing the demand in the market especially China and Japan market for alcohol-based refreshment beverages and determining what the cost expenditure is towards the marketing and advertising needs for our products, such as Crush-It Hard Iced Tea.
Source out a supplier for promotional materials to support the brand such as sell sheets, brochures, apparel, and other material(s)
Oversee relationships with distributors for product availability, collaborate with other departments to meet targets, and ensure compliance with alcohol sales regulations.
Oversee inventory to match market demand without excess, influence product innovation from trends and feedback, and align packaging with market norms and rules.
Candidate must analyze market trends, manage budgets, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet customer demands. This role also includes mentoring and training sales staff, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting a collaborative, results-oriented team environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Analyze sales data and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
