Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced RECORDS MANAGEMENT TECHNICIANS to workday shifts. KISAAN DIE TECH NORTH AMERICA, LTD. is a precision machine shop based in Stittsville, ON. Working at our company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the production manager and learn valuable skills and be challenged.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with production, purchasing, and engineering teams to ensure accurate documentation of production quality.
Create, track, and manage ISO documentation for quality plans.
Organize, label, and store ISO documentation and quality management records.
Maintain inventories and indexes for ISO and quality files.
Use retrieval systems to locate and share ISO records per quality management processes.
Prepare and transfer ISO documents following established procedures.
Manage secure access lists to ensure confidentiality and ISO compliance.
Assist with quality audits and establish standards for ISO registration and records.
Document ISO quality management systems to support sales and meet industry standards.
Participate in creating and implementing corrective and preventive measures based on audit findings.

 

 

Hours of Work: As required to meet requirements, generally 30 to 35 hours per Week. Schedules are primarily day shifts but may occasionally include afternoons, nights, and weekends.

Hourly Wage: $34.07 hourly and overtime pay as required by the Employment Standards Act, 2000.

Employment Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience
• Must speak English
