Position Summary

Quality Care Solution LTD. is seeking a Registered Nurse (R.N.) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in Smiths Falls, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about community health and patient care.

Qualifications

Language: English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Ontario
Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities

Responsibilities

Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to physicians
Deliver direct nursing care and manage home care cases
Conduct disease screening and carry out immunization programs
Participate in the development of community health programs
Accurately document symptoms, treatments, and patient updates
Perform administrative tasks related to patient care
