The franchise location is known for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who work diligently to create an enjoyable dining experience for every customer.
At this time, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing business.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will perform the following duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Provide customer service

Position Requirements:

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
1 Year to less than 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
Excellent organizational, customer service and time management skills
Ability to excel working in a highly fast-paced environment; work under pressure
Good English language skills

Terms & Conditions:

Permanent, full-time employment – 32 hours per week
Compensation: $34.50 per hour. An overtime rate of 51.75 per hour will apply after 44 hours of work per week
