We are currently looking for someone to join our team as Restaurant Supervisor who will have responsibility for the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant by overseeing all aspects, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
Estimate and help order ingredients required for meal preparation. Prepare food order notes for chef according to customer requests.
Develop and enforce operational procedures to guarantee consistency and quality in service delivery.
Hire new employees and conduct training sessions in job duties and sanitation procedures.
Establish work schedules and procedures for the restaurant staff. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
Maintain records of stocks and sales.
Regularly inspect the restaurant to ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, including food handling practices and sanitation standards.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, policies, and client interactions.

REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma is required
2. One year work experience as a restaurant supervisor is preferred
3. Self-motivated and keen to learn new skills
4. In-depth knowledge of food safety requirements for restaurants
5. Excellent communication and time management skills
6. Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
TERMS
1. Salary is $25.60/Hour
2. Working hours per week is 30
3. Annual salary is $39,936
4. Permanent full-time
