Job Description
1006771 BC Ltd DBA Mucho Burrito is looking for 2 Food Service Supervisors at 120-2105 Hawkins St, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3B 0G6. The salary is 20 dollars per hour and no. of hours is 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).
Main Duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service is required or completion of a college program in food service administration, restaurant business, or related business.
