Red Swan Pizza is a well-established food service establishment committed to delivering high-quality pizza and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Job Responsibilities:

Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards.
Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Ensure that food and service consistently meet quality control standards.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage for efficient operations.
Supervise and check the assembly of trays to guarantee accuracy.
Establish work schedules for team members to optimize workflow and service.

Supervision:
Oversee a team of 5-10 employees.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability:
A strong team player with leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.

Workplace Information:
Work must be completed at the physical location.
No option for remote work.
