Requirements
·     Language: English

·     Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

·     Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

·     Food Safety Certificate

·     Criminal record check

Key responsibilities
·     Establish methods to meet work schedules and prepare staff work schedules.

·     Requisition food and kitchen supplies and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.

·     Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

·     Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures and workplace safety practices.

·     Ensure that food preparation and customer service meet established quality-control standards.

·     Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.

·     Maintain records relating to stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

·     Supervise and check the assembly of trays.

·     Supervise a team of 5 to 10 people.
