Schedule：30-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Duties:

·       Prepare fresh ingredients: expertly wash, peel, and slice vegetables, fruit, and seafood for sushi rolls and other dishes

·       Master the art of sushi rice preparation and maintenance

·       Assist sushi chefs with roll assembly and plating

·       Maintain impeccable cleanliness of sushi stations, work tables, and kitchen equipment

·       Organize and store supplies in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation of ingredients

·       Support senior kitchen staff with various tasks, including inventory management

Requirements:
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• A year of previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is required. preferably in Japanese or sushi restaurants.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction from the kitchen staff.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and familiarity with menu items is a plus.
