CONSTRUCTION HELPERS (4 Vacancies)

Job Description

Rockwell Industries Ltd., located in Regina, SK provides a full range of contracting and construction services to the entirety of Saskatchewan.  Our services include but not limited to sewer and water services, general and civil construction, residential and commercial landscaping, as well as project management.  We are looking for individuals with passion for outdoor work to join us striving for excellence in every aspect of our services.

Main Duties

• Load, unload, and move construction materials manually or via machinery
• Clear debris, shovel dirt, and set up safety barriers
• Help pour concrete, lay asphalt, and dig trenches safely
• Plant trees, lay sod, and install residential or commercial hardscapes
• Assist with sewer and water line installations and repairs
• Operate jackhammers, tamping machines, drills, and basic hand tools
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow strict safety protocols

Job Requirements

• Capacity to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous construction, landscaping, or manual labor experience will be an advantage
• Punctual, dependable, and possesses strong teamwork skills
• Safety conscious
• Flexible with hours worked, including shifts, overtime and weekend work as required
• Willing to travel for work
• Able to communicate in English

Terms of Employment

• Full time, permanent
• 30 – 40 working hours / week
• Base wage $23.00 / hour
• 3 weeks annual paid vacation
