Copper Kettle Restaurant O/a R & A Restaurant Ltd. is a well-established, family-owned restaurant in downtown Regina. Currently, we are looking to hire two Cooks.

 

Job Title: Cook (NOC 63200)

Vacancies: 2 position available

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent

Location: 1953 Scarth Street, Regina, SK S4P 2H1

Application Date: ASAP

Wage: $17.00 per hour

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

 

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

• Inspect kitchens and food service areas

• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Clean kitchen and work areas
