We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee administrative operations at our autobody repair shop. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient day-to-day office management, support the shop’s management team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position requires a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks
Implement new administrative procedures
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Perform data entry
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Resolve conflict situations
Monitor and evaluate
Oversee payroll administration
