Crawford’s NOFRILLS Regina is providing a wide, growing and successful range of products and services to meet your everyday household needs, and it is located in Regina, Saskatchewan. Currently We are looking to hire a Sales Supervisor – Retail.

Job Title: Sales Supervisor – Retail
Vacancies: 1 position available
Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent
Location: 5000 4Ave, Regina, SK S4T 0J6

Wages: $23 per hour
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supplyshortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
