Computer & Information Systems Manager

Job Description

Project Leadership: Lead and oversee all aspects of the projects. Plan, organize, direct,
control and evaluate the operations.
Delivery Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic
data processing and computer systems development and operations. Authorize the
development of specifications for products or services.
Process Improvement: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information
systems.
Scope Management: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications,
costs and timelines.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and
external stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams.
Communication: Facilitate clear and concise communication among project team
members, stakeholders, and executives, providing regular status updates and reports.
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
Mentorship: Recruit, train and supervise staff of computer analysts, engineers,
programmers, technicians, and other personnel

Experience and specialization
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time
and within budget.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and
deliverables.

Job Requirements:
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline OR Completion of a college program in computer science is required.
• Experience: 5 years of extensive experience as a Project Manager, with a sound experience on delivering multiple projects
• Certified Prince2 Agile Practitioner
• Good to have any ISO certification.
