Job Description
1015514 BC Ltd DBA Pizza Hut is looking for 2 Full-time Food Service Supervisors needed at location Unit H 220 Dogwood Street, Campbell River, BC, V9W 2X9. (Even though this position is full time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well.) Salary is 20.15 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.
Main Duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
Order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Education Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service administration, restaurant business or related business.
