Full Time Position – Permanent Position

Availability: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Early, Morning, and Day (8 am – 5 pm, Mon- Fri with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Salary: $31.25 per hour (working 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Tasks

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
  • Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
  • Perform data entry
  • Review quotations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Assist in budget preparation
