Anar Persian Cuisine, located in beautiful Steveston Village of Richmond, BC, is proud to provide high-quality, traditional Iranian food, known as Persian food for people who crave for a delightful dining experience with fresh and finest ingredients in authentic settings. We also provide caterings to companies and individuals cross Lower Mainland.
We are looking for an experienced restaurant operations manager who can take control of full operations at the restaurant.
Job Description
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the entire restaurant
· Implement operational procedures and ensure all members follow the health and safety regulations
· Recruit staff and oversee staff training
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
· Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
· Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
· Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering services
Schedule:
· 8-hour shift
· Weekend shift
· Night shift
· Overtime
Qualifications
· Completion of college or program related to hospitality or food service management and 1-2 years of experience as restaurant manager/supervisor; OR 5 years of working experience as a restaurant manager if applicant completed the secondary education.
· Be able to communicate in English
· Completion of Certificate in Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent
Salary: $25 – $30/hour, 40+ hours per week, overtime pay
