Job Wage: $25-$26/hour

Working Hours: 35 hours/week

Education: College Diploma

Experience: 1-2 years of experience

Job Duties:

·       Recruit, interview, and hire bar staff, including bartenders and servers

·       Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and special events.

·       Maintain inventory levels by ordering liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and other bar supplies from vendors.

·       Set drink prices and create promotions or specials to attract customers and increase sales.

·       Ensure all customers receive excellent service, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly.

·       Organize and promote events, such as themed nights, live music, or private parties, to attract and retain customers.

·       Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for patrons

·       Oversee the maintenance of bar equipment and facilities, ensuring everything is in good working order.

·       Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, expenses, and other operational data.

·       Collaborate with bartenders to create and update the drink menu, incorporating popular trends and customer preferences.

·       Implement and enforce health and safety policies, including cleanliness standards, to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
