Job Description
Recruit food service personnel.
Develop strategies to meet work deadlines and schedules.
Organize and manage staff work schedules.
Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
Create budgets and cost projections.
Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
Supervise and verify the proper assembly of meal trays.
Maintain records related to inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
Salary: $35.40/Hour
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Willing to relocate
