Job Overview:
Red Swan Pizza is seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure outstanding service delivery. If you have a strong leadership background in food service management, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
Analyze budget and monitor revenue to control costs and boost profits
Monitor staff performance and schedule work shifts
Recruit, train, and supervise staff (5–10 team members)
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Address and resolve customer complaints
Participate in and implement marketing plans
Balance cash, prepare reports, and complete daily financial documentation
Negotiate with suppliers for food and other essential items
Provide excellent customer service

Education & Experience Requirements:
College diploma or post-secondary certificate (1–2 years program)
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Language of Work: English
