Job Overview:
BCD Transport Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Truck Dispatcher to manage our fleet’s scheduling, monitor transport activities, and ensure smooth logistical operations. This is an on-site role requiring strong coordination skills, knowledge of transportation regulations, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
Dispatch drivers based on schedules and work orders
Advise drivers on traffic conditions and logistics challenges
Track shipments and maintain accurate vehicle operator logs
Operate radio and dispatch equipment
Record fuel usage, mileage, repairs, and related expenses
Respond to urgent and emergency situations
Ensure time sheets, payroll summaries, and logs are accurate
Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
Maintain work records and perform general office duties
Understand cross-border regulations and highway trucking rules

Education & Experience Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
7 months to less than 1 year of dispatching or related experience
Language of Work: English
