Job Duties:
• Clean, shape and polish fingernails and toenails and provide related treatments.
• Provide customer service, take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during the appointment and remembering their preferences).
• Provide general information to customers on beauty products.
• Advise on beauty products suited to customers’ colouring and skin type.
• Up-sell treatments and beauty products, gift cards, when appropriate.
• Sanitizing all instruments and equipment before each use.
• Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly, cleaning store and equipment after each shift with the team.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.

Skills Required:
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards.
• Organized, reliable.
• Client focus, initiative.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Experience Required:
• Proven work experience in the same or similar role is an asset.

Education Required:
• Completion of high school or beauty school programs for Manicurists / Pedicurists.

Wage & Hours: $17.31 per hour
• Number of hours per day: 10
• Number of days per week: 5
• Number of hours per week: 50
• Overtime starts after how many hours: 40
