Currently, we are seeking a full-time permanent Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires 35 hours of work per week with an hourly wage of $29.

Requirements:

– Language of work: English

– Location of work: 3701 Devonshire Dr., Surrey, BC V3Z 0H8, Canada

– College diploma or previous relevant experience

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

– Strong organizational skills

– Excellent communication skills

Job Duties:

– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation, including handling correspondence, managing executive schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and organizing meetings.

– Prepare and finalize business documents, such as emails, invoices, reports, presentations and meeting .

– Coordinate and organize meetings and events, including taking and distributing minutes.

– Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, place orders as needed.

– Manage mail and correspondences.

– Greet and direct visitors by ascertaining their business needs.

– Conduct research as required to support business decisions and marketing strategies and initiatives..

– Assist in planning and organizing company events and conferences.

– Establish and maintain organized company filing systems and records.

– Coordinate office activities and implement procedures to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

– Respond to phone and online inquiries, directing them to the appropriate persons.
