Job Description
Silver Lining Law Corporation urgently requires a detail oriented and highly motivated permanent and full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Unit 233, 8138 128 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 1R1, Canada
Wage: $28.85 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay
Number of Positions: 1
Employment type: Permanent, full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant work experience
Language: English
Job duties:
· Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
· Draft and prepare paperwork, maintain database and files
· Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
· Set up and maintain office administrative procedures and review
· Establish work priorities
· Maintain effective operation and upkeep the office equipment, including photocopier, fax machine, printers, computers and telephones.
· Prepare correspondence, applications by compiling data and other information
· Performing additional duties as required by management
· Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Continuous learning.
Knowledge of Equipment: Fax, Photocopier, Computer, Printer, Scanner
Knowledge of Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF & Adobe
