Job Description

Payal Beauty Heights Inc (Salon) is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Beauty Shop Manager at 8140 128 St, Surrey, BC V3W 1R1.(Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 29/hr and 35 hours/week.

Main Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an establishment
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
Plan and control budget and inventory
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
Hire, train and supervise staff.

Requirement:

Completion of secondary school is usually required. One to three years of experience in the service being offered are usually required. A college diploma or vocational certificate in the subject of instruction is an asset.
