Pacific Breeze Cleaning LTD is hiring: Cleaning supervisor

Greater Vancouver, BC
Permanent, full-time job (35 hours per week)
Salary: $36.60/hr
Employer covers transportation to job sites when required

Qualifications:

  • Good command of English
  • Strong customer service skills
  • 1-2 years of experience a in housekeeping/cleaning, including in a supervisory role
  • Completion of secondary school

Job Overview:

Pacific Breeze Cleaning LTD is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising cleaning operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring high-quality service at various job locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of cleaning staff;
  • Establish work schedules and procedures;
  • Hire and train new employees;
  • Resolve work-related issues and customer complaints;
  • Inspect job sites before and after cleaning assignments as needed;
  • Ensure all work follows company policies and guidelines.
