Job Position: First Cook, Permanent position

Wage and working hours: $28.85 per hour and 30~40 hrs per week (full time)

Start date: as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare ingredient and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

-Assist in planning menus

-Train staff in food preparation and cooking

-Supervise kitchen staff

-Inspect kitchens and food service areas

-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

-Manage kitchen operation

-Co-ordinate special events

Job Requirement:

-3 years of commercial cook experience

-Secondary (High school) education

-Able to communicate in English

-Able to work Weekend when needed
