Eco-Build Construction Ltd. located at Unit 233, 8138 128 ST Surrey, BC looking to hire 2 full-time Framer Carpenters(NOC 72310) on full time, permanent basis to join them at the earliest.

Permanent Position: Framer Carpenter

Major Work Area: Construction- Residential & Commercial

Work Location: Candidates will be required to work at various locations in Fraser Valley & Lower Mainland depending upon the Company’s contracts

Wage rate: $30.00-$33.00 per hour (35-40 hours per week)

Term of Employment:  Full time, Permanent

Education: Completion of High School is required

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Language: Basic Knowledge of English.

Job Duties:

·         Prepares layout using ruler, framing square & calipers.

·         Supervise apprentices and other construction workers

·         Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitute, and other materials.

·         Maintain, repair and renovate wooden structures.

·         Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware

·         Marks cutting and assembling lines on material.

·          Shape material to prescribed measurements using saws, chisels and planes.

·         Matches materials to requested design specifications

Additional Skills: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.
