Fade Factory Ltd.is currently looking to add a full time Hairstyling Salon Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Title: Hairstyling Salon Manager

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible.

Wage: $28.85 -$30.00 (depending upon experience) for 40 hours per week (Overtime after 40 hours as per BC labor law)

Benefits: 4% Vacation pay

Job duties:

•         Plan, organize and control the day to day operations

•         Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.

•         Address customers inquires and complaints.

•         Manage advertising and marketing on social media and other platforms

•         Keep records of inventory and maintain budgets

•         Prepare schedules, manage staff members

Job Requirement:

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         1-2 years of relevant experience is required
