Job Description

Taste of Lahore Restaurant & Sweets Ltd. Located at 9526-120 ST Surrey, BC V3V 4C1 needs 1 full- time, Meat Cutter to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

·        Cut and trim meat, poultry & fish on customers demand.

·        Use power grinders and slicing machines to grind meat and poultry.

·        Prepare special display of meat, poultry and fish in the restaurant.

·        Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish and wrap prepared meats, poultry & fish.

·        Prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry using knives & Band saw.

·        Check out the food storage conditions on regular basis.

·        Receive and store merchandise in accordance with the company’s regulated standards.

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of Secondary School is required.

·         Experience will be an asset.

 

Terms of Employment: –
Wages: – $29.00 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, standing for extended period of hours.
