Job Title: Personal Support Worker- Home Support
Status: Full Time, permanent
Wage Rate: $23.20 /HR

Experience and Skills:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
. At least 7 months to one year experience required.
• Previous experience as Home Support worker is considered as an asset.

 

Job Duties:
1. Administer bedside and personal care
2. Administer medications
3. Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
4. Feed or assist in feeding
5. Mend clothing and linens
6. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
7. Plan therapeutic diets and menus
8. Provide companionship
9. Provide personal care
10. Prepare and serve nutritious meals
11. Cook
