Job Description
Next Zen Stucco Ltd. located at 7446 144A St Surrey, BC V3S 0S3 Canada is currently looking for 2 Plasterers to join our team asap and be able to perform the following job duties:
Job Duties:
• Clean and prepare surfaces at the construction sites.
• Mix plasterer ingredients to the desired consistency.
• Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster using various equipment.
• Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exterior of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces.
• Cure freshly plastered surfaces.
• Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat.
• Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim.
• Spray acoustic materials or texture finish over walls and ceilings.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school is required.
• 2-3 years of experience is required.
Terms of Employment:
Wage: $36.75 per hour for 40 hours a week. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
Full-time, permanent.
Must be willing to travel all locations in lower mainland, BC.
Language: English.
Work Conditions & physical capabilities: Combination of standing, sitting & walking, bending, kneeling & crouching, physically demanding.
Personal Suitability: Team player, Organized, Reliable.
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
Location of Employment: 7446 144A St Surrey, and various locations in lower mainland, BC.
