Next Zen Stucco Ltd. located at 7446 144A St Surrey, BC V3S 0S3 is currently looking for 1 full time Plastering Supervisor to join our team asap
Job Duties:
· Prepare work related and other reports.
· Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers engaged in plastering and concrete finishing.
· Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
· Recruit and hire workers and carry out other staffing related activities.
· Set up equipment’s for the workers and guide them.
· Estimate cost and material and Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Job Requirement:
· Completion of Secondary School is required.
· 3 or more years of experience is required.
· Must be willing to travel to work sites all over lower Mainland BC.
Terms of Employment:
Salary: $37.75 /Hourly. Overtime starts after 8 hours a day and a 40 hours per week.
Job Type: Fulltime Position.
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities: Attention to Details, Work under pressure, Standing for extended period of time.
