Job Description
We are currently seeking an Administrative assistant
Job requirements
Language: English or French
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 0 to less than 6 months
Vacancies: 1
On site: Work must be completed physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
Tasks
Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Open and distribute mail and other materials
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Provide customer service
Maintain and manage digital database
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Salary: $21.00 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
