·         Work location: On site

·         Salary: 37.30 hourly / 35.00 hours per week

·         Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time

·         Starts:  as soon as possible

Overview

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

 

Responsibilities

Tasks: Monitor revenues to determine labour cost, Monitor staff performance, Plan and organize daily operations, Supervise staff, Train staff, Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Supervision: 3-4 people
