Position Requirements:
Education:
Master’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management and/or similar field
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 1.5 years in business management, private business financial development, private business budget analysis and consulting, or similar field
Language Ability: Fluent English in writing and speaking
Other Requirements:
Familiar with financial and administration management in private business field
Familiar with Microsoft Office software
Strong financial data analysis skills
Detail orientated
Available in multi-tasking with tight dead line
Willing to travel to different cities in Canada as per request
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Participating in the planning of the company’s budget, work closely with different departments to ensure the budget aligns with the company’s strategic goals and financial constraints
· Supervise budget execution, track expenditures and revenue
· Analyze the company’s financial data, provide relevant financial reports and analysis, and offer decision support and recommendations
· Adjust and optimize the budget based on actual circumstances, proactively address financial changes and challenges
· Ensure the company’s financial activities comply with relevant regulations and policies, adhere to accounting standards, and internal control standards
· Identify and assess potential financial risks, propose appropriate risk management strategies and measures
· Provide general financial management training and support for company staff, enhance their financial awareness and capabilities
Wage:
CAD $29.00 hourly
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
