Employment Opportunity

Always looking for talented and skilled professionals, we are currently looking for a progressive and experienced Education and Program Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the company’s policy development and strategic planning. We are committed to providing our students with quality remote and in-class instructions. The Education and Program Consultant will assist us in effectively driving this initiative forward.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess centre’s ongoing policies and programs and recommend and implement improvements aimed at further advancing the centre’s offerings;
  • Evaluate curriculum and assess changes to be implemented and its effects on the centre’s ongoing efforts to further expand its operations;
  • Determine cost and effectiveness of current policies and programs and recommend changes, as needed;
  • Work with centre’s staff in developing teaching materials and other resources for program delivery;
  • Supervise the work of other consultants or program officers and ensure effectiveness of current structure in place;
  • May administer specialized testing and assessment programs.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in education or in a discipline such as social science or business administration is required;
  • At least 3+ years of experience as education co-ordinator or in a similar capacity (experience in multicultural education is an asset);
  • Working knowledge of effective educational policies/programs;
  • Proficiency in curriculum, syllabus, and textbook preparation is considered asset;
  • Excellent management and leadership skills;
  • Excellent English language skills (knowledge of other languages is considered an asset).

Compensation (Salary)

  • Starting annual salary is $63,000.00 for at least 30 hours per week;
  • Overtime rate will apply after 44 hours of work per week;
  • Permanent, full-time employment

  • 2010 Ellesmere Rd #11, Scarborough, Ontario M1H 3B1;
  • All related travel conducted as part of your employment will be reimbursed accordingly.
