Job Description
Smash Kitchen and Bar in Ontario is looking for experienced Kitchen Supervisor
Restaurant name: Smash Kitchen and Bar
Position: Kitchen Supervisor, Permanent, Full-time
Work Location: 4261 Hwy 7, Unionville, ON, L3R 9W6
Wage and working hours: $17.50 per hour, 30~40 hours per week
Main Responsibilities:
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and co-ordinate activities to staff who prepare and portion food,
Estimate ingredients and supplies
Prepare and submit reports
Ensure food service and quality meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage
Establish work schedules
Qualification:
– Secondary education
– Ability to communicate in English
– 1 year of work experience in food preparation or service
