Job Description

Kibo Sushi – Victoria Park located in North York, Ontario, is currently seeking qualified Restaurant Manager.

 

 

Employer: Kibo Sushi – Victoria Park

Job location: 1752 Victoria Park Avenue North York, ON M1R 1R4

Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent

Working hours: 30~40 hours per week

Wage:  $22.00 per hour

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Main Duties:

– Plan and organize the daily operations of a restaurant

– Determine type of services to be offered

– Oversee staff training and monitor staff performance and set staff work schedules

– Control and monitor inventory and revenues and sales

– Resolve customer complaints

– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for catering

 

Requirement:

-3 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience

-Completion of Secondary School.

-English ability (able to communicate) is required
