Job Description

Horizon Inn 1 Ltd. in Valleyview, Alberta is looking for Motel Manager to join our team and the detail is as follows:

Position Details:

Position:                                       Motel Manager

Duration:                                      Permanent, Full time

Location of Employment:           5204 Highway Street, Valleyview AB T0H 3N0

Salary:                                          $35.40 per hour

Hours:                                          30 hours per week

Vacation:                                     4 % vacation pay

 

Duties/Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procedures for daily operations

Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews

Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies

Monitor revenues and expenses

Implement marketing activities and arrange for and oversee maintenance activities

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Manage events

 

Job Requirement:

Secondary Education or higher

Able to communicate in English

2 years of experience in related field
