Job Position : Administrative Assistant, Permanent, Full-Time Position
Offering Wage and hours of work : $25 per hour and 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Starting Date : As soon as possible
Job location : 119- 1628 W 1st Ave Vancouver, BC V6J 1G1
Job Duties:
– Prepare and responsible for invoicing and reporting
– Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings and seminars
– Manage email, mail and other material and respond them
– Setup and maintain information filing systems
– Answer phone or email enquiries and relay calls and messages
– Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
– Order supplies and maintain inventory
– Compile date, statistics and other information
Job requirement:
– 1 year of experience in clerical experience OR completion of one or two year college education or other program in administrative assistants or secretaries
– Secondary graduation or higher
– Able to communicate in English
